The below fees apply to clients receiving Home Care Package from the Australian Government.

Package Management

Covers initial assessment, annual review and quality assurance activities; dedicated and highly trained care workers and care coordinators committed to smooth delivery of care.

Per Fortnight

• Level 1 – $52.94
• Level 2 – $92.11
• Level 3 – $307.20

Care Management ( Fully Managed)

High-quality service by specialised team working to improve your well-being through care planning and education. You will be allocated a dedicated Care Coordinator

• Level 1 – $69.23
• Level 2 – $121.76
• Level 3 – $265.00
• Level 4 – $401.71
